Windows Installer is misbehaving
Great troubleshooting information for the Microsoft Windows Installer is available from Microsoft. Use this information if your computer gets in a continuous loop while installing Policy Picture.

Why am I getting a 429 error?

A 429 error occurs when the database communication objects of Policy Picture do not correctly install. Download MDAC 2.5 SP1 from Microsoft to resolve.

 

How do colors work?

Use the CODE field in the database to to match the color squares on the Policy Picture Options screen. The color squares on the screen are "numbered" left to right. General is for code 0, while boxes 1 through 5 correspond to numbers 1 through 5, etc.
